Being from Michigan I have a draw to the water especially in the summer. I grew up on Lake Michigan and loved every minute of it. It is an escape from the real world, everyone is extremely nice (Midwest hospitality) it is gorgeous and has everything you need. I grew up horses, golf, boats, beaches, tennis, working downtown at a clothing store (my first job) and just enjoying the sun and fun parties thrown at the clubs. No better place to spend time away than in Northern Michigan.
Since there are a ton of events that I grew up going to I always need dresses to fit the part. This dress is my absolute favorite, it goes from casual to dressy.
